Hi everyone, anyone getting married in Northampton and anyone else realising how difficult it is to get a venue where you can bring your own caterer in Northampton, each venue seems to have a flaw unless you have unlimited funds for a fantastic marquee, please help.

yes we had a problem with northampton ended up going to nuneaton registry office as its so much nicer than northamptons one and we didnt have a fortune to spend on a venue here!

I know how you feel, I think we are going to end up with the corn market hall in kettering because no where else will let us use our own caterer. You could try a local community hall... it depends what kind of thing you want really.

It is difficult to find a venue it took me ages to find one that didnt mind a small party...have you tried St Georges hall pearl?
in the end we went with a place in daventry, dont know if they let you have your own caterers but the prices were better, we found that northampton just seemd to be sooo expensive, or if 1 place you could take your own caterors but you also had to supply EVERYTHING else, including the tables and chairs!!!! xxx
