As some of you may know I was lucky enough to win my rings through smooch in the January power user prize. I had already ordered my rings through them and was in the process of paying them off monthly. The service I received from the both before and after I won has been outstanding.
I needed a ring to be shaped my e ring and so mine was pretty simple. They took my ring away and sent me a cad drawing for approval. They also resized my e ring and sent it back looking brand new.
H2b ordered a titanium ring initially but then changed his mind the following day. Jane the smooch rep came back the next day for him to choose a different ring this time in palladium.
Jane was an absolute credit to the company very friendly, patient and not at all pushy!
When I won the prize smooch contacted me straight away and left me a voicemail. They said that they new that we had ordered with them and they suggested they refund me what I had paid so far and proceed with that order, this was exactly what I wanted and couldn't fault them - as I had paid the money they could have easily insisted I had to increase my order!
I have now received a text from them to say that they are ready and will be delivered sat before 1 - they only ever do sat delivery unless you request different!
I am so excited and have already set my alarm for sat to ensure I don't miss the postman! Will post a pic of the rings when i get them.

I talked to smooch at a wedding fair and they asked me if I was planning to get rid of my engagement ring as it was only made out of white gold and not platinum.
I'm sure it was just a bad experience with one individual but if put us off using them to get our wedding rings.
It's good to hear that the service that you've had Tori was so good maybe they're not so bad after all!

I can't believe they said that Hun, you should report them as they were clearly after commission with an upgrade.
My h2b chose my e ring but he knew I wanted gold as I always wanted a 'traditional' band of gold wedding ring!
