and the tungsten on mine looks like it's been overpolished, it's meant to be black but there are bits where the silvery colour is showing through, and on h2b's the red enamel section of the ring is badly scratched. Fuming I was really looking forward to those!

I have emailed them to see what can be done. Got them from America which I was really hesitant to do but loved the design and couldn't find them anywhere else. I could send them back I'm waiting to see if that's an option they offer or if they offer anything else instead. I'm hoping if I take it somewhere they can at last fix the enamel by polishing it on h2b's ring, the rest of it isn't that obvious unless you're looking for it so we might get away with it.

mrsbarkertobe I could do but I wouldn't know where to start. Rings are black Tungsten with red enamel inlay so I'd have to find someone who works with those materials first! This is why I prefer to buy things from THIS country it makes matters like these so much easier. They're made to order and it's taken a month from paying for them for them to turn up as it is - I don't really want to give up on them!

I would try somewhere like the Birmingham jewelery quarter. They have shop after shop of jewelers that make rings on site and are not badly priced either.

oh no thats rubbish....email them and tell them your not happy include a piccie of them... and you never know they may refund you ... due to the distance etc... as i have complain about something from china before and the told me to keep it and refunded me ....

dont try smooch as they dont care what metals you have and by the sounds of it the rings you have will corrode eachother anyway, (see my comment on another post about smooch) try forever wedding rings or bliss they at least tell you which metals corrode eachother!
Find out who you are & do it on purpose!
