Hi after some info on wedding planners
If you haven't used one, is there any particular reason and what would make you use one?

    Any feedback would be brilliant

    xx

If I was out at work all day and had a reasonable budget I would have considered it, but my budget is very low and so I've done it all myself! xx

Hi, A lot of people i have talked to say that the amount of people using wedding planners now is on a major rise.

If i hadnt already started planning my big day i would deffinatly have used a wedding planner. The stress of planning your own wedding is a lot more than planning someone elses haha

    xx

id love to use a wedding planner for mine as they have all the contacts and can get all the discounts but the few i know charge the same amount as our budget if not more so that rules it out but good luck with everything hun xx

i am getting married in cyprus and was going to use a wedding planner but i have managed to source just about everythimg i need myself

if i was getting married here i would probably have used a planner as i have no clue where to start!! plus, a planner would know venues, themes etc and help stick to a budget

    i think they're a good idea

I am in two minds about whetehr to use a wedding planner for the last 11 months just to help source things that me and my mum and h2b may not be able to find!

I think its worth going to have a free consultation and see what they can offer you xx

I asked a couple of companies for an 'On the Day' quotation so that I didn't have to worry about suppliers and table decorations etc.

    £500!

    £500!!!

    I couldn't believe it

I would never use one, I'm having way too much fun planning it all myself. Might actually keep it up after my own is done, as I've started to make a web page with ideas and inspiration for weddings. xx

I am lucky enough to have a friend who is a wedding planner so she has offered 'on the day' plaaning for free as a wedding gift which really helps. but its handy to have someone in the industry as they can get you discounts etc, or give you ideas that you wouldn't have thought of otherwise.

I never really considered it and every time I think of one it reminds of the film with J.Lo, I guess if we had loads of money etc we may of done but to be honest once you start getting things sorted its pretty fun organising it yourself x
