So, i've discovered why my wedding planner from the venue hasn't replied to my last email for ages!! She's left!!
Has this happened to anyone else? I know it doesn't make a huge difference but i'm kinda annoyed that she didn't have the manners to tell people! I got an email (only after leaving a phone message basically saying "where the heck are you?" from a new lady introducing herself and apologising for the delay in gettin back to me.
Is it me or should a venue send out a blanket "The co-ordinators leaving... we'll get you a new one soon" email or phone call rather than leave you hanging ?
Just thought i'd let you all know that thankfully the new wedding planner seems great! In fact, far better than the last one!! Just have to actually meet her at some point now!! Fingers crossed it'll all be fine!! x

I think this happens more than it should. It's really unprofessional. How hard is it to get the addresses of all your couples and shoot them an email? You'd think that the new coordinator would want to introduce themselves.

That's really annoying! No professional courtesy has been shown there at all. Lets hope your new wedding planner will be good though once she's got through all the old person's stuff x

Thats disgusting, unfortunately its happening more and more recently. mine was ignoring me for ages, then i got a letter saying she had left, dated the day she left. hopefully they will get it sorted soon
