Hi all, I am a photographer and trying to get into weddings. Through this forum I want to find out what people really expect from wedding photographer to make sure I bring something fresh to the table , something what people really want. I wrote a list of questions, please answer as much as you can and give suggestions. Could you please also write in the post your age and whether you are engaged, married, or none of these. Any replies are highly appreciated. Thank you. Robert
1. Based on what factors do you choose a wedding photographer? 2. Do you have a favorite wedding photographer and if yes, who is he (name or website address)? 3. What is the most important factor for you in your wedding images? 4. Do like weddings to be shot in a traditional reportage style way or do you like innovative unusual approaches? 5. What would you want maybe that innovative approach to be? 6. What do you definitely want to be captured in your images? 7. Do you want to be posed on the images or you like spontaneous shoot? 8. How much are you willing to pay for a good wedding photography? 9. Can you thing of any way how wedding photographers could improve their service?

Generally everyone is different so you will get a whole raft of different responses.
I'd just suggest being yourself and offer the service you feel is most natural for you and the best you can give for what you believe is a reasonable price.
We cannot put suppliers names and links on the forum as it's against the rules.

I chose mine as she was a friend and I liked her natural shots. Most of her pics were ones where people don't pose, yet she captures them so fabulously. Also she did not want paying! Always a bonus.
