I haven't decided yet but I don't want to spend money on a bottle I'm only going to use once in a blue moon after the wedding, if at all... so I was just going to ask for a sample of something from the perfume counter to wear on the day.

We went to b00ts together and chose one for each other..... Mine even had a free mirror compact with it :D

just started thinking about this and no ideas lol find it so hard to get a perfume I like anyway. Don't know whether to just stick with my favourite or get a special one just for the day....

I think I'll buy a special one for the day, I don't think it will be a waste of money as it would then become a favourite to use for special occasions or just for him.
I like the idea of going and picking one for each other :) that sounds great.... so I might suggest that, if not I'll just treat myself to a nice one.

Ah here is something that had not yet crossed my mind! I think I'll want something light and floral, have to be careful when I'm testing as perfumes can give me migraines :( I work just off princes street in edinburgh so will have to remember to pop in regularly to try different one, can never get a clear idea in the shops with all the other cosmetic fumes lol

Whenever we go on holiday I get a new fragrance, and OH usually gets one. It's really lovely as we use it throughout the holiday then when we get back we associate that fragrance with that holiday eg I have one I still buy and wear and when I wear it OH is like 'Ahh, the was our first holiday in Mexico!' (way back in 2009!).
I Def want to do the same for the wedding, I don't yet know if my OH will though. I was thinking about us finding 3 each we really like, then having the other pick one of them as a gift for the day :-)

I don't think ill get a new perfume I think Ill go with my favourite I don't wear a lot of perfume but have a couple I really like but one I really love oh only wears two aftershaves One hes wore for years and one I bought him first Christmas and has been wearing that whenever we go out together since (Obviously ive bought him more since the first time). Everytime I smell that aftershave it makes me go all funny lol

FitchMcCombe-my mum bought me some perfume for my Birthday a couple of years ago and was really adamant I found one I liked. She suggested I try two on, one on each wrist (remembering which was which) after it had settled and I was away from the smells of the shop, I decided which one I preferred... then the next time I would try that one again and another one and do the same.... that way I wasn't over powering myself with loads of smells at once and managed to narrow it down. Might have to do that again.

No way am I wearing anything different than my usual choice of 2 perfumes, im not a big perfume girl and am very picky to do with fragrance and strength.

I got a new one from Christmas - Marc Jacobs Honey which I really love and is my special one so I will wear that as he bought it for me.
