It's my birthday soon and people have been asking me what I want, and I just can't think of anything... Then it hit me, sat there on the side next to the snake tank is the jar we have been putting our wedding funds in and I remembered seing a lovely money box for wedding funds.
So then I got looking on the bay at wedding money boxes, and there are some lovely ones.
But I don't know if I want one where I have to smash it open to get the money.

So my question to you all is.. what's holding your wedding funds? And would you smash your money box to get the dosh?

The bank and a secret tip stash which is one of those tins that you have to use a tin opener to open, so no idea how much is in there!! Got it from the land of pound!! Any tips I get from work or spare pounds go straight in there, every night I also shake ohs trousers to take his odd money and he never notices!! Xx

We have got a money box but don't want to smash it so we are going to drill the bottom so we can get the money out but we are only going to do this when its full regards of the wedding as we have most of the money now.

Our money is in the bank but I have put £1, £2, 50p, 20ps and notes into our money box x

I have a sneaky hidey hole in the wall behind a picture in the living room that no-one knows about except me h2b and now u lot lol! We find it too easy to spend money from the bank, so we take money out and hide it there! X

Im ust paying 4 things as I go. All the major things are paid 4, ie the wedding and dress so im just going 2 put bits aside 4 the reception decorations, etc. x x

I've got an online account that h2b can't get too. (he's got him mums trait of impulse buying but still expecting the money to still be there!) As and when we've been paying for things I've just been transferring the money across to our joint account x

We have a lovely money tin we got when we got engaged and put all our change in it and was going to split it for stag and hen dos so cost us less.... Also if we are going on a night out then I normally take say £50 cash out with me, in the morning I put all the change including notes in the wedding fund as I had planned to spend the money. The tins are getting heavy so definitely adds up xxx

ours is in the bank but I also have a wedding fund money box which needs smashing which I put £2s in and I also bought H2B a more manly looking one lol - I dont think I will mind smashing them when they are full cos they will have £2000 in them well worth a little dropsey on the floor. Also we have a massive coke bottle same size as the old style whiskey bottles which everything including 50ps and under goes in its that big I hope it pays for the band x

We have a joint savings account with the bank and we also have one of those pots which you are supposed to smash. The pot is strictly for £2 coins. When its full it apparently holds £1000!!!! Whenever either of us gets a £2 coin it goes straight in :-)
