Hiya I just wanted some advice on my wedding menu before I finalise everything with the caterers next week;
*Wedding Breakfast*
Starter Vegetable Scotch Broth
Main Filo Chicken - Chicken breast stuffed with sweet peppers & a hint of garlic, wrapped in filo pastry and malmsey jus Served with new pototoes and seasional veg.
Vegetarian option to be finalised.
Dessert Trio of mini chocolate puddings - White chocolate cheesecake, Milk chocolate mousse and chocolate dipped strawberries
*Evening Food* Back bacon and Scottish square sausage baps Spinach and falafel burgers in baps
My H2B is Scottish hense the Scottish touches. Please be honest if you think I need to make changes and thank you in advance!!!

if you're after ideas for the veggi option, we do allot of weddings, and one of the things people mainly go for is goats cheese and med veg wrapped in filo. so would be a great one, as it wouldn't look overly different from your main meal, so they wouldn't feel like they stand out to much... if that makes any sense xx

Is the evening food okay??? I wasn't sure if it was very 'weddingy' but didnt really want the traditional buffet xxxx

Who is to say what is traditional? I think its a brilliant idea. It introduces a less formal element and gives a signal to those guests that have been all day that they are definitely allowed to let their hair down!

Mmmmm I think your menu sounds delish. I'd be a very happy guest at your wedding lol...last two weddings I've been to served lamb and beef (I like neither).
