A friend of mine got married in Kruger national park, the photos were great, and the wildlife! Unfortunately they had problems with getting their marriage certificate sorted, and also a few more legal things...my fiance is also from SA. Personally I would have the honeymoon in SA at one of the national parks, the prices for the huts are reasonable (some are stunning) and you can't beat watching the sunset and wildlife.

Like Amy said, why not get married here and honeymoon in SA, ask your families if they would be willing to travel etc. Wherever youre happiest should be where yo get married :-)) Good Luck planningxx

We had the dilemma of Scotland or England and although Scotland it stunning, where we live it England to where we would have got married was 500 miles and it would end up guests taking at least 3 days off work and spending £500 and we just thought it was too much
I would get married here, but that's just because to me the extra stress of all the legal paper work in both countries is just something I don't want to take on. You could always just get married here and have honeymoon in SA if your having a problem with important family unable to travel to England then you could always hold a small blessing there as well so everyone gets to take part in your happiness

Hi I was born in South Africa but now live in the UK.
Why not get married here and then have a blessing ceremony/ renewal of vows in South Africa that way every one can attend. That way you don't have the legal issues and can please every one.
There are some stunning places to choose from but at the end of the day you need to make the right decision for you and your OH :)
