Everything seemed to be going really well, had our final meeting, paid off our final bits etc. BM made me an awesome seating plan and school is nearly out. Then wham for the past week I have had some virus - last week I lost my voice and now I have an awful cough! Has this happened to anyone else before their big day? or anyone else been ill on their big day? I have to lead a trip to Alton Towers overnight on Thursday - feeling so pants I am really not looking forward to it!

Take some multi vits with zinc as well. Give your immune system a boost
With you saying about still having loads on especially with the alton towers thing make sure you drink plenty of water so refresh your system :)

Get as much rest as you possibly can, only do the things you absolutely cannot get out of. Also yes take multivitamin tablets, and Echinacea is sometimes good. I would really recommend a hot toddy (hot fruit juice with whisky in, and mixed spices or cloves if you have them). Even just hot fruit juice with mixed spices helps, but whisky or brandy will really help you to sweat out the bug.
30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.

Thanks ladies. I went to the doctor and she advised complete rest and not to go on the trip - I relayed this all to school and have now finished for this week and will not be going away with 48 11-13 year olds! Hope chilling at home works! x
