I can't decide what to do with bridesmaids hair. I will be wearing mine up as it goes better with the dress I have picked. I wanted to have the birdesmaids hair up also but would that clash with mine? (it would not be same style). If my hair is up and I have theirs down and curly is that too silly looking? Going bridesmaid dress shopping at weekend to see what's out there.

How far in advance do you book someone to do hair and make-up? It's all so much and confusing!

You can have whatever you want hun, nothing will look silly. I booked my hairdresser as soon as I booked a date (around August last year) but only because I know she is busy and I didn't want anyone else doing my hair. I'd say book as soon as if you know which hairdresser you want. xxx

I was worried that they would get booked up. I have found someone and the quote is really good. The pics on the website look nice and they have a hairstyle that would suit me for the day so should I just book them?x

Personally I don't think it matters what they have done with their hair as long as it suits their faces. It doesn't matter if they have different styles and I think it is nice that they have their own personalities rather than trying to look like clones of each other. No one will clash with you or out do the way you have your hair. You are the bride! I would speak to the girls and think what they think and find a compromise.

I was talking to another girl at lunch there and she said something along those lines. I think you're right. Everyone is different and should have what suits them. I wanted their hair curled but some of the girls hair is so fine that it won't hold a curl so might go a different way then. I will see them at weekend and see what they want to do. Thanks for all your help ladies. I dont want to start stressing about things again. I do get a bit obsessive wih things and dont want to go that way when organising the biggest day of my life! It will all fall into place i'm sure!x

Hey we all stress when it comes to making choices as we want to get it right. You are right though things will fall into place and you won't even care on the day as you will be too busy enjoying yourself.

I hope so! I wanted to make my own wedding cupcakes but people are advising me against it! I thought it'd save money and i don't mind doing it before the big day!
