I think the wedding food is my biggest dilema. i want a 3 corse sit down meal, friends have told me they were only allowed 3 options for there guests to choose from. mine and andys family had alot of speical diet requiremets ect.. will i have to include these as one ofthe options, or will they be able to have a different meal made seperate? also, for the evening buffet, the venue provides the buffet, do you think it would be allowed to add things to their buffet, such as extra cups cakes, and a chocolate fountian??? thought i would ask other peoples opinions before starting to phone round asking. xxxx

Aslong as you let the venue know what the dietary needs are they should honour that & provide it for those who have the dietary requirments & most venues will alllow you to add extra but it will add to the total bill xx

i wouldnt mind paying extra if everyone gets food they like and can eat. picking the right options is going to be so hard. xxx
my venue lets us have a two choice meal, and a veg option for those who need it. If their is anything other than that i need to let them know well in advance, and get it picked and sorted for that person before the day

2 options :O its going to be impossible to please everyone. everyone keeps telling me to go for the good old sunday roast. xxx

We're paying extra for a choice and going for crowd pleasers - and getting a veggie option thrown in. I couldnt imagine trying to please everyone with 1 meal... even me and OH cant decide on one menu lol x

McEwan, if you prefer something that's on the normal menu then maybe you could ask your venue if they would be able/willing to provide that instead?
