im planning on doing retro sweets theme for my wedding reception, im thinking of willy wonka chocolate bars with golden tickets for everyone instead of daft gifts thts pointless to them. my question is, the day guests obviously get them but do evening guest get them? if so, is it meant to be in bags or handed to them?!!!

I don't think its tradition to give them to the evening guests too as they are usually placed on the table with the placenames etc.. But essentially its up to you! Sounds like a great idea tho Good luck!
