Hiya,

Is anyone dreaming (literally, at night) about their wedding? If so, what kinds of things are happening in your dreams?

I keep dreaming about our wedding. Every dream is different, but every single one has the same theme: nothing is organised or planned!! Everything is in disarray, things go totally wrong and end up in a mess because I haven't organised anything. Things like the table plan, or sometimes there are no decorations anywhere, or no entertainment. This weekend, another bride was there and we had to wait our turn to go down the aisle!! Hahaha! They are not stressing me out, it's quite funny really. I know why it is, its because we're doing everything within 8 months and only booked our venue this week, so nothing is really organised yet I like to organise things and really love sorting out events.

So I wandered if anyone else has dreams related to their wedding and what they are? xx

P.s. I also married 3 different people in one go this weekend... one of them was my H2B, the other two I have never seen before, hahaha! My dreams are crazy :)

I am going to have to ban wedding talk an hour before bed because the dreams are getting awful!
I have had three in the last month that made me wake up in a panic
1. I woke up on my wedding day and had forgotten to buy shoes, bridesmaid dresses and centrepieces and had to spend the two hours before my wedding running around in the pouring rain searching for them and I only had £20 to my name!!
2. I had forgotten to buy wedding underwear so had to go to my wedding in a gorgeous lace dress with a red polka dot bra underneath!!
3. I was wearing a big princess dress and my beloved pandora dress got caught on it and it ripped, it ended up being made of a helium balloon (WHY?!) and was slowly deflating and I was in a state.

Urgh!,

I do feel your pain girls! Maybe it will make us even more organised trying desperately to make our dreams not come true?! I am so glad you are experiencing the same thing though

I have had a fair few and they are always of things I have yet to do
One dream no evening guests turned up (I am yet to send evening invites)
Another, the registrar had no paperwork (again, need to hand that over)
Before we got bm dresses, I had a dream they had nothing to wear
I have dreamt that my mum had to go to work (she works nights) after she went in on overtime when it was her night off a few weeks back
Plenty of dreams but it is all relative to what is on my mind & left to do it seems so fingers crossed they will be getting fewer and further between!

I did do that when I woke up too!

I have them when im stressed, and i sleep talk, so 4 out of 7 nights i wake him up and tell him all about it, but im still asleep haha. he records me and plays it back to me, he thinks its hilarious. I've had a mountain lion destroying the venue, i've woke him up to tell him to tie the house down cos it was floating away in a hurricane and we floated all way to sidcup. I've woke him up and told him to be careful at work and watch out for the gas pipes (he panicked all day) I've hit him over the head and told him he's stupid, I've told him i'd just seen a buzzard fly off with the dog and we'd never see him again (he likes that one best cos apparently i do sound effects) The worst one is where im walking up the aisle being all elegant and highway to hell starts playin and he's stood at the top laughing his head off and i burst into tears and run out.

I wish I had dream abouts the wedding ! Good ones that is, I don't want bad ones ! I had one a few months ago, but it was just about me getting ready, and then I woke up :-/ Just one good dream from start to finish of the wedding would be great lol..
