hi im am struggling with a colour scheme, im getting married next august and i am finding it hard to find that perfect colour every colour i ve looked at doesnt seem right my wedding dress is ivory but i cant find anything that goes with it,
any one got any ideas thanks lizz

Oh I love sage green and dusky pink! We are having a spring wedding and having Hunter green, white and pastel shades of peach and pink for the flowers. Summer weddings you could go brights or pastels depending on what sort of feel you want for your day. Must say I love the monochrome theme too - black and white is so classic xxx

I have got an ivory dress and we are having sage green with hints of gold. I was really stuck for a colour too but I asked our daughter as we really want her to be a part of the whole wedding process, she picked green and so I've run with it. It's not a colour I would have considered but now I am really loving it, it looks so fresh!

My theme is ivory and silver with small hints of pale pink. Ivory and silver look lovely together but I was worried it was too plain thats why I am adding a bit of pink. x

Mines the same as mrs mann we are having purple, silver and ivory. My other choice of colour would have been royal blue

My colour scheme is ivory & royal blue (my dress is ivory). I think most colours go with ivory so you gave plenty of choice, I went with blue as blue is my favourite colour, I initially wanted cornflower blue but my h2b did not like that colour so we choose royal blue instead

I would suggest looking at your bridesmaids colourings before choosing your colour scheme to choose something that would suit them and you. I am ginger as is one of my bridesmaids (the other two are blonde and suit everything) so I've chose navy and ivory with hints of silver. It is a summer wedding so keeping all accesories, flowers etc light to bring it into summer as well x

type "wedding colour board" into google, then click on images. You will get loads of colour boards so you can see which ones make your eyes light up.
I have changed my theme/colours a few times. Started with Cadbury purple and ivory, then purple/lilac/ivory, then purple/silver/crystals/pearls and now its more kinda lilac/pearls/silver/ivory with a lil splash of purple thrown in! haha

I am having navy bridesmaids, navy suits for the groom and men, red cravats and Bright red flowers but not in a tacky red white and blue theme, i do really like the sage green and dusky pink colour it looks really nice just too subtle for me :>
