I no my wedding a long way off, but i am planing all of it, i said my h2b can sort out his car to wedding and the car to take us the reception! Well i thinking now that was a bad idea! him and the best man are think of have a tractor or a stupid landrovers :S And coz my colour theme in purple, i show a pic of the a cake i liked, but o no h2b said if i want purple sstars on the cake he wnat a landrover driving down the cake! to keep him happy i said he can have that as long as it purple! :s errrrrr men! lol

pmsl I'm quite a control freak so there's not much that H2B is choosing himself (other than his best men) but I do ask his opinion and if he's really against something I'll pick something else lol still need to work on the magician/caracaturist... he believes the bar should be entertainment enough lol x

my H2B wanted the Ghostbusters car for him and his groomsmen.

I would be totally totally fine with it - because i think it would be funny. but My parents would not have approved and so I have suggested he has it to take them around the town on his stag.

i think a bit of character/theme is all good.

ahh the good ol' delorian.

They do have them you know - Someone has made a replica with all the lights, switches etc from the one in the film.

My h2b is mad for B2TF and Ghostbusters and JP

Our dogs are named after 2 of the ghost busters and if we have children we have discussed calling them Emmett and Marty after B2TF

Well I've now found a site where you can hire b2tf car or kitt! So I've sent an enquiry and that can be his wedding gift from me providing it's not tooooo expensive x

I think I must be one of the lucky ones cause the h2b has loads of input into the wedding and he has really good taste. So far there isn't anything that we haven't agreed on although there is still time as we are deciding the last details on the invites. Its going to be either cut out gold butterfly or gold ribbon buckle. Either way I'm happy so its a win win situation.

xjox Im like you. H2b wants to have his say but the only thing that we cant actually agree on is the dessert. He wants sticky toffee pudding but the hotel dont offer it and he is not happy about that!

But other than that we agree on everything and chose everything together (except for my dress)

Awwww bless him. Can't they do it as an exception for one day bearing in mind the money you are giving them. its not like it isn't hard to serve to the masses. I would go and flutter your eyelashes at the head chef.

my h2b doesnt want a car to take him to the church as he likes to watch the money so he is using our car and getting the best man to drive it home after whilst we use the car/horse and carraige (whichever we finally decide on) back. x
