What flavour wedding cake are u guys having? I love choc, but my H2b doesn't... Any ideas?

I think we're going to have a plain sponge with the usual jam/cream filling. I'd love a fruit cake but h2b doesn't eat that much - and a lot of our guest don't eat it so it would be just a waste.
we're going to have different flavours cuz my H2B doesn't like cake and I can't decide on a flavour! e.g. 1 tier choc, another, lemon, another carrot, vanilla, and the top tier coffee for example and have complimentary buttercream fillings :) but i'm unsure whether to have a traditional cake or cupcakes xxx

we are having a 4 tier one, the bottom tier is going to be belgum chocolate sponge split and filled with chocolate butter cream, next chocolate and vanilla marble split and filled with vanilla butter cream, then victoria sponge split and filled with vanilla butter cream and strawberry jam, and last but not lest will be lemon cake split and filled with lemon butter cream. love our cake making me hungry just thinking about it xx

I was thinking bottem layer chocolate next two layers fruit I am not keen on fruit but h2b is so this way we get best of both worlds also if the third layer is fruit we can save it for a christning cake which is traditional lol althouhg h2b will probably eat it before any baby is on the cards lol

i think we're doing the middle and top tier fruit cake and the bottom one sponge
we're gettin ours from M&S and had a taste last week and wow its sooooooo fine! plus i work there so get staff discount which is a bonus :d xx

We were greedy and had 2 lol.
One on the actual day in St Lucia was fruit cake Then the one for our reception was back home we had 1 tier fruit & 1 tier vanilla butter cream sponge <3 Was thinking of one chocolate too but that would have been way too much :( Ended up with half of both left anyway.

were having a fruit bottom, choc sponge with choc buttercream middle and a plain sponge with no filling on top. Its gonna be fab and only costing me £50 :-) i love friends

Vanilla and Chocolate sponge in alternating layers with buttercream centre and no jam.
Im not a fruit cake fan. Blech. :)
