I have indeed read ALL your posts Mym and I totally agree that anyone who judges 'anyones' budget is one dimensional however when you add those negative comments in the same paragraph it becomes contradictory. In your first post you did mention budgets and 'want for nothings' and as there are a few other members who have commented it is not just me reading it as negative. This is a sensitive subject at the end of the day and maybe other members are being just as defensive as you.

ryhope - I did mention 'want for nothings' in my first post - and again it has been taken out of context because if you actually read WHO I addressed this to, it wasn't any other member on here!!! This is a thread about the ROYAL WEDDING and therefore my comment was about the ROYAL COUPLE!!!

Yes I have been defensive - but it's no wonder when people read comments then read their own meanings into them!! No one was calling anyone on here 'want for nothings' - as I don't know, and don't wish to know anybody elses financial situation. I merely passed comment on the royal wedding and a few members took my comments out of context.

Maybe instead of being so temperamental if you don't like what's been said on here - then just accept people have different opinions, leave the thread alone and move on!!!!

After all EVERYONE has DIFFERING OPINIONS and EVERYONE has DIFFERING BUDGETS. Maybe instead of jumping down the throats of other members remember what this forum is actually about. I joined to talk weddings and meet people who had things in common with me. I have been a member for a long time now so I don't expect to come on here, express my opinion then get a handful of members having a go at me because they don't like what I've said or take my comments out of context completely.

I intend to be a member on here for the foreseeable future (at least til I get married) and have made some friends on here - so I don't intend to be picked on for expressing an opinion and made to feel as though I am at fault. I replied to ONE member - not a handful of you!!!

I shall be scuba diving on the great barrier reef - and due to the time difference of +9hrs the Royal Wedding will overlap onto my 21st birthday so hopefully I shall have better things to do lol!
Basically I will be ignoring it - although I have to admit I will be nosey and check it out online sometime - I just won't be watching any of the aussie coverage that's being advertised, as it's being hosted by Dame Edna Etheridge! Mega tacky imo lol. xx
