We did it !! :-).

So the night before myself and my BM'S were at my mums and had a Favourite Chicken and watched Bridesmaids :-). They then went home and I stayed the night at my mums. I went to bed at 10pm but only got approx 1 hour sleep, I just couldn't switch off, was getting frustrated. I got up around 7am and washed my hair (my hair gets greasey quickly so had to wash it that day). My BM's turned up about 7.45 and I cooked us all scrambled eggs on toast with salmon, was delish !! We then went to the hairdressers for 9am, all 4 of us had our hair done and I was constantly clock watching and getting worried. The hairdressers commented on how calm I was, I knew that everything was done and planned and that there would be no issues :-), therefore I was so chilled you wouldnt have guessed I was about to get married.

Hair done we then all drove to the venue, approx 40 mins from my parents house and got there dead on 11am. The photograper and makeup artist were there waiting for us ready to go. My mum had her makeup done first so that she could then go and mingle and sort out any issues. People started arriving from 12pm to check in to their rooms so she liked being able to greet family and friends at the door. My BM'S then had their makeup done, and then me :-), was perfect ! I wanted a smokey, Kim Kardashian look and she pulled it off, was perfect.

We then had a few spritzers and got ready together, exchanged the first set of gifts (I got the necklaces to wear for the day so wanted to give them to them early). My bro then pulled me aside and told me how proud of me he is, we are very close so this made me cry, my first tears of the day lol.

At 1.50pm I then met with the regisrar and all went fine, no questions at all just checked our address etc and asked me to sign some paperwork.

Then 2pm, I walked sown the aisle, I was upset Rocky didnt turn round to look at me but his first words when he saw me were £Hi Gorgeous", so this cheered me up, he said its tradition for him not to turn around but a sneeky peak would have been nice :-)lol.

After the ceremony we had pictures done and then the reception. The meal was amazing, everyone prasied the food and it was open bar thanks to dad so everyone was having a blast and socialising. The speeches were brilliant, Rocky said some lovely words and the BM and my dad did too, this also made me cry.

Then the evening began and to be honest I cant remember a lot of it, not because I was drunk (think I only had 4 drinks ALL day) just because it all went so quickly ! one minute we had our first dance, the next it was all over.... I have a lot of blanks.

We went to bed and slept like logs, the next day we all met for brekkie in the hotel and it was a lovely breakfast, full english with pastries and cereals etc, defo needed it and so did everyone else, although theres was to feed their hangovers.

All in all, everything went to plan, the sun shone for us. Which was a miracle as it had been cr*p all week. I did pray to my grandparents though everynight for approx 2 weeks before lol. When we signed the register the sun shone directly on us, defo felt like an approval from above as Rockys mum is unfortunatley no longer with us so felt nice to know they were there :-).

Lovely pics!!! We too are having M&Ms as favours! I didn't realise that silver was an option!

We ordered the M&Ms from the US, had family coming over so they brought them with htem. They have so much more choice and its half the price.
