get in touch with the channel its shown on, and they may be able to point you in right direction. or better still, see if you can find out who makes it (google) and write to them or even try getting hold of denice welch (loose women) and see if she can help. i know she has left programme but she probably got some contacts.
i once saw a stacey solomon wearing a dress on x factor which i would of loved for wedding dress. i emailed ITV on the sat night and by the following wed i had a reply with details of dress.

If you can't get the information from the production company you could watch it again on iPlayer on the bbc website. and use that to get a 'screen-shot'. Then you can show it to retailers or put it on your gallery and see if anyone recognises it.
