I don't believe it, found out last week that a friend and his girlfriend are expecting, which is fab - but as they're due 3 weeks before the wedding I'm not sure if they'll be able to come to the wedding or if they do, if they'll be as jolly and partygoing as they usually are or shattered etc.... Then I found out my friend who was covering my photography with his girlfriend is also expecting, and they're due the week before my wedding - so to keep sane I'm on the lookout for another photographer in case she's late and they give birth on the wedding date! And NOW, I've just found out one of my good friends is pregnant, and she's due the day before the wedding - which means that she'll either be in hospital around my wedding date or heavily pregnant so she can't dance!

I'm happy for them, I really am, just can't believe it's all centering around my wedding date! I'm not bothered about numbers or food etc, it's just when you picture how the party will go and now there's people who might not be able to come or stay out too late etc! Ooh what a week I've had!

You'd better check with the venue and see if there is room somewhere to set up a maternity ward, just in case.

I know - already joked to the H2B we might need to set up a quiet corner/creche for sleeping babes!

Oh no!! I'm sure things will all work out ok for you.... My friend got married a couple of months ago and her best friend was her bridesmaid, she was pregnant but wasn't due for a month BUT she ended up having it early, only 4 days before the wedding, she was still cheif bridesmaid and wedding was perfect...! xxx

There's a rash of newborns in my friends at the moment - I can recall 6 in the last 3 weeks without too much thinking about it lol. Pregnancies do seem to come in all at once don't they!
