Hi, I needed to lose 3 inches off my waist last August for my wedding in June as I was between sizes top/bottom so needed to even out - so far I think I've lost 2.5 (but will see for sure when the dress arrives in the next couple of weeks! I'm considering getting a waist training corset to not necessarily wear on the day as underwear but to train my waist to be smaller so I know the dress will definitely fit around the waist - has anyone done this? Is it comfortable? My dress is a zip up so there is no lace up back to give me any slack and I'm getting nervous about going for the first try on and finding out it doesn't do up!!

You will have to wear the corset underneath the dress. Although it is waist training you still need the corset on to keep the shape. All waist training is is so you can make your waist smaller and smaller with it.
