First post on here so have a couple of questions, sorry!
We are looking for a laid back venue near Birmingham, which has a relaxed, countryside feel to it, really struggling at the moment. Would be for 90 guests. Thinking, country type pub but with also have ceremony there.
We are currently thinking, a late wedding, around 3/4pm, then having a bbq/pizza/dessert trucks from around 5pm, followed by a buffet/fish and chips in the later evening, say 10pm. No sit down meal, or speeches, just a nice relaxed atmosphere. Also, all guests will be invited to both parts, i.e. there wont be any extra night time guests. Whats peoples thoughts on this? Any opinions would be much appreciated! Would guests expect a sit down meal? We are very laid back and dont like a fuss, we wont guests to just relax, nice food/drinks and dancing.
