went venue hunting today although i have something close to 2years befor the big day i'd lke to get it sorted early to stop stress..... went to bodelwydden castle today and as much as it is lovely the price was no problem it just didnt seem as magical as it did when i was a child?? i dont no why .... now we are waiting to find out if we can get married at howles school where my H2B's step dad runs i no a school doesnt sound so great but this place is amazing ( a private school in wales all girls school its huge ) and hasa great hall a pool and horses and many many more things it really is stunning they have never done weddings befor but the owner of the school is best friends with the H2B's step dad (and he runs the school!!)fingers crossed people still keeping options open ( my theme would work great here at school as it is a childish them (a childs dream!) even can have bouncy castle giant jenga and many big fun games xxxx

the school sounds lovely but if you want the cermony there as well that might be a bit more complicated as venues have to be licenced to have civil ceremonys. but if its just for a reception then it would (hopefully!) be a lot simpler! xx

little_maus ive been searching for my venue for about 2 years and ive only just found the one thats right, just keep looking and you will find it, the school sounds amazing tho i looked into a few school and they have some massive rooms that look great hope you can get it :)
