I'm having a tiara and want to have pearls pinned into the back of my hair as well but no veil. When I talk to my hairdress (who is also my uncle), he said that he'd prefer me not to have a veil as it would make it more difficult for him to do the style he has in mind if I had a veil.

Floral circlet for the handfasting, tiara for the registry. No veil at all- don't like them.

bubblybubbles, I not actually sure. As soon as I asked my Uncle to do my hair on the day he said that he's got something in mind but he wants to see the dress I've chosen before he'll share it with me. I have really thick, long and frizzy hair and he is the only hairdresser that I'd actually trust my hair with on my wedding day. I'm sure he's got something fab in mind.

I'm having a garnet Swarovski tiara (which I made myself) and a cathedral-length lace edged veil. Haven't ordered the veil yet. It'll be ordered after the dress is well on the way to being finished.

I had a veil but took it off for the night do. I was glad of it too as it was a bit chilly on the day and it kept my shoulders warm!

No veil. hair up, lovely hair clip and pearls in the bun thing.. wearing a bolero/jacket thing that matches the dress so I opted out.
If I didnt have jacket I think I would have gone for one! xx

Im wearing a veil and a tiara and diamonte pins in the hair at the front. Im having a half up half down hair do and the veil will be at the back of the up bit. I felt it helped me to feel more like a bride if that makes sense. I didnt wear one at my first wedding and I want everything to be perfect this time
