Does anyone know a website or shop where I can buy shoes for my vegetarian bridesmaid? She won't wear leather or heels more than 2 inches high. I'm absolutely stuck as we're getting married in November so canvas shoes wouldn't be the best idea. Plus she'd like them in red! Thank you in advance for your help. xx

Have you tried looking for heeled jelly shoes? I've seen some ace white Vivienne Westwood ones with a red heart, but they also come in different colours - only £80 too I think?

Fab I'm glad you like them - the Lady Dragons are 4 inch heels though so she may be better with the wedges from melshoes to give her more support? Can't see a heel height but says they're 'mid-heel' so I'm guessing about 3 inches? Think I might order the beige as my own wedding shoes now!!

There is actually a shoe shop that is online too called Vegetarian-shoes. They are just around the corner from where I work in Brighton. google them and they come up. or just dot co dot uk on the end of the name above.
Got married 11/11/11.

I was going to recommend Vegetarian Shoes as well. High street stores sell vegetarian friendly shoes- just check the labels. If it has a diamond shape and/or something that looks like a # symbol, then they're fine. I refuse to wear leather (my dance shoes excepted because I don't really have a choice with the soles) or suede so I have the same issue with shoes.
