hi guys, just a Q has any of your h2b's had a vasectomy and are you planning a reversal or already had one. My h2b had one with his ex wife and has said that he would have a reversal so i can have children. Have you been thru this and if so have you had good news xxx

I have heard of people having it done then undone again, It worked for some of them but i have also heard it is a lot harder to get pregnant after. Sorry. that didnt help much did it

My cousin's new husband had a reversal. They had been warned that the chances of her getting pregnat would be lower, but they conceived just before the wedding and found out she was pregnant whilst on their honeymoon, and now have two gorgeous twin girls, so wishing you and your H2B all my best baby wishes :)

you did say the bad news aswell as all the good news my cousin had a reversal over 4 years ago and im sorry to say they are still trying for a baby, there now on the waiting list for ivf but it seems like they are on the back on the list as my cousin already has 3 children from past marriage but his new wife doesn't have any, im praying that it happens soon for them

A friend & her partner had 6 kids between them. He had had a vasectomy years ago before they met (after child 4) they are both in their early 40's. They nearly split up Christmas time when she found out she was pregnant! With twins! Yes, they are his. No reversal. Her cousin and her husband have a child, have been trying for 7 years without any contraception for a second and not a sniff of a pregnancy. There are many factors that determine whether you will fall or not. If you worry about all of them you'd never get anything done. Relax, enjoy the practice and they'll turn up when they are ready.
Don't really know much about it honey! But I'm pretty sure the success rate is very high with reversals! x
