im thinking of booking in to a premier inn as they have a cheap deal at the moment and then going for a meal and a drink without worrying about driving. not going to tell h2b though, want to make it extra special as its also our anniversary in Feb, and will be our last really as our new anniversary will be our wedding
Hopefully we are doing doing anything. It's a complete waste of money. I want him to show me (and me, him) he loves me everyday not once a year because a card company tells him he has to. (B'ah humbug!)

We got engaged on valentines day, so it's always a little special for us, but I dont buy into this once a year thing... Maybe just go out for a meal or something, we usually stay out somewhere, but need to save money wherever we can

At the weekend we are going to my mums and having a 'couples shoot' then back home again to book into a hotel for the night that includes a nice romantic 3 course meal and a champagne brekkie in the morning :-)

We did go out for meal on our first Valentines day since getting together and Paul sent me roses to my work but since then we havent bothered with it other than a card, so can't see us doing anything much unless Paul surprises me again! xx

my parents brought me and h2b a spa day with afternoon tea as one of our christmas presents. We have booked to go to it on the 12th of feb to celerbrate valentines day, cant wait! It will be just what the doctor ordered and the first time we have had time alone since last valentines day! lol

i personally think it is a waste of time. my h2b likes it tho. i dont see why you should buy an i love you card. i always leave notes no h2b so its the same as any other day for us. plus it is our anniversary on 21st feb so just gets to expensive xx
