I suppose if you have done the same for bestman stc then it's no different to put usher/ groomsman

If you are putting the role on the others, the usher has a role so it should be their role

I've named everyone apart from who is sitting at the top table - so FOTB, MOTB, G, B, MOTG, FOTG. I haven't named the best men or bridesmaids as they aren't sitting at the top table!
If you have named the best man then it makes sense to call the usher "usher", to follow suit. Otherwise his name should be fine.

Ahh Ok, both BM MOH and Usher are on top table for us.

In that case I'd call him "usher", that way there are no names on the top table and it's all uniform :-)

Just a thought, if you have more than one usher, they might not know which one is them, so could you put their initials in brackets after the word usher?m

We only have one best man, one maid of honour, one usher so this wont be an issue. Good thinking though GF!

We just put everyone's names on the place cards except for me ame hubby who were "The Bride" and "The Groom". If you want to keep it uniform though and done everyone else's that way then no harm in putting "Usher".
