Hi everyone, not been around for a while, I know real life been taking over!
Firstly I want to let you all in on a little secret......
I went for a job interview on Friday, and we all know how many people apply for these things nowadays, so I was mega lucky to get an interview....... Well they rang me back Friday tea time and offered me the job! I can't wait to hand my notice in, but my dad has told me to bite my tongue and wait for the letter offering my job before I do.
Woo Hoo, I can't wait to start my new job....
So back to the wedding.....
We have the venue to get married, we have the venue for the food and the doo, we have the registrar, we have the dresses (but as I keep telling everyone I'll get mine the week before so I don't have to tell anyone about it at all)
As of the last couple of weeks,
We booked the honeymoon - 2 weeks in mexico, all inclusive gourmet style, total luxury and the most money I have ever dreamed of spending on a holiday, but a honeymoon can only happen once right!
We ordered the wedding rings too, and now they are sat in the shop waiting for us to try them on.
Really excited only 139 days to go......

Loving the sound of your honeymoon, I'm sure you will have a fab time, and yay for shiny wedding rings! Try and get pics when you go to try them on, please? :)

I will try and get photos, but I think we've decided to leave them in the shop till closer to the big day. You know if they get stole from my house it goes on my insurance, but from the shop and it's there responsibility that kind of thing.
I hope mexico is amazing, or I want to change it, the way it was sold to us we couldn't say no

Yeah we did... Tell me about it, I still can't believe it and they are arriving April... Haha, I've never won anything ever so it was indeed a stroke of luck!
Oh yes that's a good idea, ours will arrive 6-8 weeks before so we don't have them at home for months on end where I will probably not leave them be for the entire time!
I'm sure it will be amazing, my au tie and uncle went to Mexico and they had a fantastic time, their photos are awesome they did so much and had a blast!

Ive heard lots of good things about mexico so I am sure you will have a fab time. As you said, it sounds pricy so I am sure it is worth it.

yeh well price didn't really come into it all that much, what we could have got for say 500 quid less was no where near what we are getting and we won't need anywhere near the same amount of spends as if we were going self catering etc.
All we have left to do is arrange what we are eating, whos entertaining the kids and what we are dancing to....think flowers are almost sorted thanks to a florist thats opened in the village.
Really hope my letter of job offer comes through soon as I have training mon tues and wont be back on ward till friday!
