Omg! That's awful! She should definitely call the police! Your uncle should too! I'm living in Australia at the moment and they are REALLY strict on "bashings" - there's a big campaign going on to stop alcohol related violence here in Melbourne. This woman sounds like she needs to be locked up! xx

And they could defo move her flight closer - I moved mine and it only cost $75 (aussie dollars). Flights go to the UK every day. xx

thats disgusting and im sure if u get in touch with the police and embassey they should be able to help. Cant u all put some money together to pay for her to come home early, if that was my nanna as much as she is a bitch and a pain sometimes id be goin over and smashing her face in who the hell does she think she is, as for your uncle if hes stupid enough to put up with it thats his problem but sittin by and lettin your nan be attacked is out of order x

That is shocking. Is your uncles girlfriend from australia? I would try speak to your grandma about bringing her flight forward to get her home safe and sound. As for your uncle no matter what way you look at this he is suffering domestic violence and he needs to leave her. She wont ever change she will only get worse and one day she may even kill him. xx

Im sure thay can move her flight... I moved my BIL flight when he wanted to come home early. It will cost a litle bi more but its worth it to get her home safe away from that awful woman...
No matter how much the in laws wind me up at times I would never hit them or anyone for that matter... Im far too soft to hurt anyone.
