i used to be addicted to caffine in tea. i could drink 20 cups a day!! i slowly cut down. i now drink one when i get up which h2b makes me and another when i get to work and that is it.

just to decrease my half a bottle at a time! xx

I really love coke as well, and drink more than I should. I've tried swapping every other coke for a sainsburys cream soda, less calories and sugar and still yummy!

and yes - sainsburys cream soda is nice - so is waiterose... ooooh scrummy

Teeth are fine and really helps with the dieting but not good for u at all! x

did you know that coca cola can help towards developing stomach and pancreas cancer plus also it isa contributing factor to stomach ulcers and other gastro diseses.... i did my dissertation in uni on this!!

that saying everything in moderation and even thou i know some scary things to do with the ingredients of coke... im partial to a glass of gin and coke!!!!

i weaned myself off it ages ago by switching totally to a different drink coke is the worst thing but is recommended for settling tummy (flat coke!) and i have to admit i drink it when i have a hangover which now is very rare!! think last march was my last hangover xx

I'm 5ft 4 and about 115 lbs so trying not to lose weight before the wedding - so really i need to keep drinking coke - there we go! mind made up! hehe!! any excuse ey!!!

I can only drink a small coke every now and then, it makes my teeth feel really funny and I get sick too, delicate constitution, lol. I just treat myself with a cherry coke once in a while, and that is all for another month! Think I watched a programme of coke being made and the amount of sugar they put in it is another reason why I wouldn't drink it much even if I could. I prefer drinking lots of weak squash, but I actually crave water a lot of the time, weird I know! :D

Doesn't always work though, lol. I am still trying to stop smoking, and although h2b keeps at me about how I am killing myself with poisons it still is hard to stop when I crave it so much. But seeing as you are petite and don't have weight problems, keep on with your sneaky coke drinking if you want to, lol. x

Good on you though! I am going to have to stop as it is draining money we could put towards the wedding and family holidays etc. I only smoke about 10 a day but still around £80 a month, nearly a grand over a year, absolutely crazy! I have about 5 fags left in my packet and that is it, got to try. :)
