Ok so 26 days to go, and everythings orginised, people havent sent RSVPs back, but im not fussed as the people who are most important will be there. Everything is bought, everything is boxes in the right boxes, so nothing to stress about there.

Im not just panicing about the day. I cant stop worrying something will go wrong. Like I trip on my dress or I mess my vows up. Just something.

Im guessing this is normal. Just wish it would come sooner. rofl. Tho I know it will fly in.

haha aw velcro. you do make me giggle!!

First off Sarah. Stop and breathe. It is extremely normal to have all these thoughts go through your head, time and time again you read about brides on here having the same thought processes, but you know what, you go in on the day with your head held high, take a deep breath and walk. You will be fine. Just focus on what you are doing, who you are walking down to. and the sooner you get there sooner you get that beautiful ring on your finger, sooner you become someones Mrs and the sooner you get your drink down you!!!

You will be fine! I just hope im as organised and sorted ready for my big day!! xx

Thanks girls. Velcro if i havent fallen over my dress by the end of the night then I guess there is something wrong! hahaha.

Im hoping by the time is comes to the day Ill be that relaxed every worry will go out the window and ill chill. but in reality that wont happen, got hair and make up trail next week, so that will be a nice pampering session. The work to keep me busy rest of time, so hopefully wont have that much time to think about it.

And Lulu im changing that to 'stop, coffee and breath' rofl!

My hairdressers receptionist said she wasnt worried nervous or excited..then morning of she had a few butterflies in tummy, but as soon as doors opened to the aisle she heard her friend shout 'oh dont she look lovely....' in a proper brummie accent, which caused her to giggle away and any nerves or what not she was feeling soon vanished...

haha love it, ike the fire advice but for brides...instead of stop drop and roll...stop coffee breathe... tis all good! whatever works for you!!!

    xx

See i feel nothing at moment. People keep asking me are you nervous or excited etc... i got just over 9 wks to go etc and yes im excited with countdown, booking things, dress fittings, RSVPs coming back and all that, but the actual day itself... theres nothing at moment. Which i am concerned about and knowing me, alot closer to the day extreme feelings will occur...!!! never good in stressful situations but hey ho!!!

You (and I) will be fine, enjoy it and lavish in it!!! x

Mrs Harrison, have a wonderful day :D

Lula, it was all of a sudden last night it hit me, been fine really until then, wel stressed with the orginisation as no ones helped me, but other than that i was fine. Then last night I had the most weird dream and this morning it hit me, like a train may i add!

Hoping I get it all out my system by the day! haha, ok who am i kidding, so its 'stop coffee breath' until then and on the day it will be 'stop, bubbly and breath' rofl!

We were at a wedding fair the other night and there was a videographer there and they had filmed the bride and groom taking their seats at the table but the groom pulled the brides chair back to far and she fell right on her **** ! Was very funny, but probably something else to avoid haha xx

I had a few 'butterflies' in the weeks leading up to our wedding. To top it all, I suffer from IBS as well, so had visions of getting ready, arriving at the venue then needing the loo lol.

On the day of the wedding I was completely different - more or less went into auto pilot - and nerves didn't really kick in at all. I did have a long think a few days before though, and realised that everyone who was going to be there was there to see us get married, not to see us do something wrong/embarrassing. We were all on the 'same side' so to speak so I had nothing to worry about.

By the time I started walking down the aisle, I was grinning at everyone with no nerves at all (and we got married at Gretna so said our vows facing the guests).

Nerves just mean you really care about how your day goes. That said they aren't exactly very helpful or useful. Is there anything you can do that will help take your mind off things and just relax. Maybe a girls night out or pamper session, but to aid your nerves I suggest banning any wedding talk x

The only thing stressing me out is my Mum!!!
I'm really relaxed about everything and seem to have everything under control??
I plan to keep my routine as normal as possible and will even still attend my college evening classes 2 days before the Wedding??!!

My dress is tea length so I know I can't trip over my dress??!!

My H2B has said he's getting nervous and is worried that he'll mess up his vows??
So, when I walk down the aisle to him I plan to say something funny to him just to put him at ease??!!
He's also worried that my family and friends won't understand what he's saying as he has an accent??

Just under 9 weeks to go, so excited!!!

Enjoy yourself and I'm sure everything will be fine??!!
    :-)
