Just wondering if you can help me? Im struggling uploading pictures into my Albums... Ive tried on 3 different computers wondering if it was mine but they wont upload on any. Any ideas? x

Have you tried using the Basic uploader under the upload box. Also there is an update for Java, that properly the issue you can download it for free x

When i click to open the add photos thats when it closes with a message from interent explorer x

have you tried using firefox or chrome instead? what is the message from explorer? x

A problem with this Webpage caused internet explorer to close and reopen the webpage
and the other one on the other computer was Internet explorer cannot open this page.
Ill try firefox, I havent tried that yet. Chrome isnt doing it either!

hmm ok. I know IE can be a pain the !!!! sometimes but don't see why you should be having any problems. Did you update Java or try the basic uploader? I know sometimes I have had issues with Chrome, and then gone onto Firefox and the update box or bar has finally appeared, done the update/install or sometimes a query box - do you accept bla bla - will eventually pop up in Firefox and then all seems to be fine!
I just had to do that for doing the review for UKB, it wouldnt work in Chrome, so went into firefox & got it all sorted. Good luck xx

if you email [email protected] he is the IT Guru he should be able to help you. i've never had any problems so not sure what could be the problem, it can't be the image size as your not even getting to the uploading stage.
If you have any further problems PM me or one of the other mods and we will try and get it sorted for you.
