I'm not sure where to look for makeup/hair stylists - ive googled them but not really found anything in my area (Lancaster)

Is it best to go to salons or will i find ads in like, newspapers??

I googled my city and 'make up', and also looked on a site which is like a search engine for make up artist - might help you out? Will put it on your wall - if not, look in your yellow pages for make up in your area x

That's really good - hair and makeup inc trial for me is 150, and it's 70 for one BM to have hair and makeup on the day, no trial!

that doesnt include a trial for my BMs. It's only my first quote so I'm going to shop around, £220 is a lot out of my budget to more I think about it so I might get my MOH to BMs makeup & just get mine done professional.. Hmmmm

I know but you have 4 BMs, I only have one! If your MOH is good at makeup then I'd definitely see if that's a possibility, but if you're getting 5 people's hair AND makeup done for 220, I think that's really good. You could always ask your BMs to give you 20 towards the hair and makeup maybe? That would bring it down to 160 all in (inc your trial) :-)

Yeah, good point!!
Like I said that was one quote - I have a few friends in the hair/makeup industry so I'm gonna get a few quotes and my MOH is actually keen to do hair and makeup (give her responsibility and she thrives off it aha!)

They have makeup artists all over the uk who are all highly recommended. My sister used them and she looked incredible and i'm using them too. Had my trial last week and I loved it :)

I've actually got my hair and makeup sorted.

My bridesmaids are having their hair done by my MOH and her friend (a model in London) is doing their makeup.

A makeup and hair stylist will be doing mine for free as she is a family friend and she doesnt know what to buy me for the wedding haha! Score!!
