I like the idea of the sea and waves etc but wouldn't want to do it if the cleaners couldn't clean it up and save it afterwards. I want to keep my dress for years to come as a keepsake. Even if I never wear it again it will be nice to get it out once in a while and remember the day. Maybe even dress up in it for the h2b every now and then.

I have seen some of those kinda pics and they look really good. So i guess it comes down to how much i spend on the dress. Maybe leaning more towards keeping it for our daughter. Think i will just leave out telling OH as in his opinion she aint even getting to date till she is 40!!! (she is 1 just now) So you can see my amusement if i told him that lmao

IF I was going to trash my dress (like no, never, hell no, hell never lol) then I'd go for the beach type shoots - a few with hubs in a romantic style and some with the kids building sandcastles and jumping into the sea

I'm planning on mine. I'm hoping for rain later on, on our wedding day so i can jump in all the puddles with the kids that will be there. Seen as we are getting married in a partly ruined castle and then camping its bound to get muddy anyway. I'm making my own dress, so it isnt costing a great deal, its more the time than money. xx

Just booked mine with my photographer, hoping to do it next week... Got a few idea's for locations, we have an area in Portsmouth that use to be a scrapyard for old submarines and boat's so my photographer wants to do it there, luckily there are no longer any subs there or there is no way I would be doing it there lol, also we have a wall on the way into Portsmouth which has been covered in professional graffiti it looks brill so might have some down there! Also the local tip, is a possibility and graveyard (cheers Goff lol) cant wait to do it although a little apprehensive, dunno why!!! I wont be trashing the dress as I want to keep it a little longer (no idea why lol) x x

Emma the photographer your using for your wedding should do it, unless of course you are using a family member lol, but mine would happily do it for you! He wouldn't charge much I don't think but he would charge travelling costs as well, but your not too far from us!!

You do a photo shoot that involves unusual poses that will probably end up in the dress being ruined - like rolling around on a beach, painting etc etc. There will be loads of examples on google images! x
