I know how helpful you all are so I thought best to finally ask you lot for help..as trawling the tinterweb has done me no good other than give me the biggest headache in the world!
Right so we've totally changed our theme of the wedding.. I know afew months back I was saying how I wanted a cadilac.. however..Now I just want something alternative. Still want it to fit in with the colour scheme of blue, purple and white(if poss) but I just want something different.. not your usual 'wedding car' or limo.
I'm getting married at the zoo now :D And I wondered what your guys thoughts where on transport.

We didn't want anything traditional either - so decided to have a VW campervan!!! It had the white ribbon on the front but was much better than any older car - and we had a lot more room as well lol..!!!

we used our VW sqaureback... not easy to get in and our of though!
there is a really nice purple ford anglia hot rod type thing near us. There are convered fire engines and buses etc that you can hire for events... Or a stretched beetle. x

I was going to say campervan. We were going to have that for the bridesmaids and a convertible beetle for me, however, the hotel we are getting married at I can use the honey moon suite to get ready in along with the bridesmaids so we are saving on that cost.

Nic - you're campervan is gorgeous!! Some of our guests thought we were joking when we said we were having one - but loved it on the day (in fact my cousin even followed it part way back from the ceremony to the reception so he could get a pic of it lol).

My mums not impressed with the idea but i have always loved them, and when h2b and I had only been going out a couple of months he sent me a postcard with them on so had to have one! Its even featuring on our invites!

I've always loved them - and when we had a holiday in Devon a couple of years ago we got to look round at a vw show. I finished up coming home with campervan mugs, coasters, calendar etc lol. When I got in the campervan on the wedding day, the chauffeur already knew what I was like about them because my husband had warned him in advance lol.
