Hi all; just a quick question. On one of the packages we were looking at for the Kefalonia wedding; a traditional greek wedding cake is included in the price. We were wondering what one is? I read that it was made of almonds e.t.c which wouldn't be great as I have an intolerance for certain nuts :S
They can tailor the package to you so I guess I could replace it with a normal cake but just wondering if anyone knew? Many Thanks :D

the recepies I use, use ground semolina but things change a bit from island to island to the main land sometimes, so I would just double check with the people you are booking the wedding for. the use ground almonds, and walnuts a fair bit too xx
