We are getting married in july and everyone has already rsvp'd and everyone we have invited are coming.
Does anyone think its too early to get the table plan made up?
Trying to get these bits done and dusted.

Personally I would just do a mock up just in case. I don't plan to make my final one until the last week or so.

I would do the same do a mock one and then finalise it nearer the time

I've done a mock one, and will tweak it nearer the time. I will also possibly do one with menu choices on for my venue, so they know where to take the plates

I would do one nearer the time, never know what's going to change, it did with me lol I did mine about two weeks before x
You can certainly do a draft one, while you have time to think through it all. Don't do a final version until later though, as things might change.

No I have not sent my invites yet, but from what I know of likelyhood of people comign have done a mock up already using this system

and have used a different colour for thos who are likely not to come with a extra underneath of who to bump if the don't come.

Love that idea for a mock up Lana2BMrsHands! I havent even thought about when to do it, but from all the posts doing it as close as possible sounds a great idea!! Im dreading it haha xx

i did mine 3 weeks before the wedding and i think that was a bit early. thank god no one has cancelled but i know a lot of people who have had people pull out last minute. originally i was going to print mine all out get it ready but not stick it down until the week before x

yeah hun I wud say its too early. by all means do a mock up of it but don't get it created till at least 2/3 weeks before hand.
I did mine on Monday this week (only got 6 weeks to go) and by Wednesday I needed to change 2 things! so luckily my stationary woman hadn't planned on creating it until 3 weeks time so I didn't get charged to redo it!

As soon as we have all our RSVPs back I'm going to sit down and work out where people will be sitting, but I'm going to hold off making/ordering a seating plan until about 3 weeks before just in case there are any last-minute changes.
