Does anyone know any exercises to tone my upper back? I want to be toned as possible in my strapless dress and at the moment Im in danger of having back fat!

Free weights are best to do the upper back and shoulders like reverse flies. Bent over row etc xx

Defo need to get my bum in gear. Just a couple months ago when I went for my dress, I was much more toned and felt great in my dress. I'm actually worried about going to get it next month!

If you work hard you will be amazed at the changes you can effect in a couple of months. A great community to join is my fitness pal. They have a calorie counting app for diet but their forum is brilliant for exercise tips and motivation.

Yeah it's great. You can only get it on their website though not on the app which is annoying but it's definitely the best exercise tips and motivation place I have found.
