So, I want to slim down a little for my wedding. I'm 5'8" and a healthy weight, but I want to tone up my arms and get a flatter stomach. Does anyone have exercise tips? I'm thinking about cutting out alcohol in the month leading up to the big day in order to lose any extra weight.

I was thinking the same thing, some of the girls I was talking to (on another forum) were doing the 30 days to shred!
I looked it up on you tube and got tired just watching the lady lol
But we've still got a little while so I'm going to try walking more and eating healthier and see how far that gets me, definately bookmarking though! xx

I think for toning things like yoga and pilates work best, and they are great for the soul :)

All I have done to tone up is sit ups, press ups and a few weights. I did try legs bums and tums gym class a few times as well and thats really good for toning x

Hi Hattie if you are looking to tone up your upper body then boxing/boxercise is great especially if you are wearing a bodice style dress as it will help to lose any excess fat that hangs around the arm as well as toning the shoulders, arms and back which will be the part on show. Will also help to tone up other parts of the body without you realising such as the legs and stomach x

Speaking for pain I'm experiencing right now, I'd say Biggest Loser for the Kinect. I overdone it last week (challenging level for an hour) and could hardly walk or sit down lol definitely felt it working, opted for 30 mins challenging today and feeling it but not aching xx

Sorry mrs v just back on, you can choose how often you want to do it. I'm sure you'd get better results doing it every day, dont think I could handle that yet, I'd be crap on the telly - I'd be complaining I couldnt do it (as I tell Bob when I'm doing the game lol) x
