Where we're getting married, in the ladies toilets there is one bigger cubicle purely for the brides lol. I dont really want the bm's to come in with me, but I'm wearing tights so not sure I can do the whole backwards thing :/

I will be going to our room and using the bathroom in there. My sister and best mate will help me outta my dress so I can go in privacy and then will then help me get dressed again. Worked brilliantly when I was my sister's CBM/MOH x

I was worried about this but I think in the whole day I went to the toilet twice... so from getting in my dress at 2:30, all the way until 1am.
The first time my mum and sister helped me, but I realised it is actually pretty easy. I had a massive dress (link to an album on my wall with piccys) and a hoop.
I sat facing the wall, and regarding reaching your pants with a hoop on, the hoop will easily push out the way to the back to reach :) I managed to go to the toilet rather easy on my own the second time :)

I think that liverpudlian dress maker that makes those daft dresses for the gypsys has invented an in built hose type toilet system. Not sure where it all ends up but even so......classy!!! Just awful

theres bridal nappies you can get too... to be honest, my dignity is worth more than pissing in a bag or nappy... i'd rather just take it off than go through that!

I read all of the threads on here about this a few days before the wedding! The first time my sister came with me and waited outside the cubicle just in case, but I managed to go each time by myself! I did go backwards though (facing the wall) but it was easier than I expected, and my skirt was quite big with a long train, but no hoop!
Very happy to say I'm now Mrs Keates and loving it!

love this thread, soo funny! but what if you've got a big dress and your pregnant?! this is the one thing im actually dreading on the day, fitting me with my bumb and my big dress with hoop in cubicle possibly with help seems like a tall order. i tried my dress on the other day n they decided i needed to take my trousers off. weeellll, couild i even reach the waist band? could i ell haha. the lady in the shop had to strip my trousers off. soo, im pretty sure i will need help. how embarrasing haha xx

I refused point blank to wee with someone else in there with me, so tried on my own! Considering the length of the train and the amount of fabric, i did ok. Was able to pee the right way round too!!! Although my arms ached like hell afterwards lol!!!! I sat there, holding yards of fabric in my arms then just started giggling uncontrollably because I remembered this thread lol!!!
