Today I have found another bridesmaid dress as my darling daughter decided the weekend she didnt like the original one cause it made her itch :-/.......

My h2b earns too much tiggs. So I just have to lump it.

Today I am feeling pretty rubbish... went to see h2b parents yesterday and they don't seem very happy for us.. anyone else had this problem??

... went to the dress shop, saw MY actual dress, picked up two of the BM dresses (and saw them in their actual colour which is even better than the sample in the book!!!) and tried on veils. And ordered a veil which matches my dress perfectly.

Today i....... feel no better than i did last night. Not really done a lot, hopefully the world may look better tomora. xx

Today i...... now have a great big smile on my face, just had a phone call from my mum to say my sewing machine has arrived, its not supposed to be here until febuary. Wooooppeeee I'm happy. xx

today i,,,,am still in bed :0(,,,,,but im feeling a bit better not in so much pain now,the heat packs are wonderfull,but then i went and decided to try waxing my chin (i produce excess hormones so im always waxing shaving and epilating something lol),,,and that made me shout!!!!!,,,iv gone through my todo list and all thats left it

took MIL to some bridal shops for her outfit for brother in laws wedding in august..she found a style she likes but a wee bit out of her price range (£500) so going to go to debinhams in the next few weeks. came home..phoned a photography company, and got an appointment for boudoir next week..

today i .... went shopping and bought my last wedding item (i hope) a guest book i also bought a new camera ready 4 my hen do in 3 weeks but its going back 2morrow cos its not what its meant to be stupid argos has it printed wrong in the new catalogue

today i.... feel really crap have sore throat n chest infection cant cough without it hurting. Have go bank get kids dressed and sort out final invite list. no more people coming reguadless what mam says so have stand up to her but wont see her til Friday.

Today I....went ice skating with my son!!!! We've got an outdoor ice rink at the moment in the centre of Leeds. We were just passing and not many people were there (given it was only 4pm) - so being the big kid I am, I nagged my (16 yr old) son to go on with me lol. He spent the hour or so holding on the side and putting all his energy into staying upright - while I skated in the middle and acted like a (nearly)38 yr old kid!!!! Best thing was, half way round all I could hear was "aw look it's Miss!!" - I'm a Teaching Assistant in a High School and about half a dozen pupils were there lmao.

Today I have set up a savings plan with Natwest online.You can have one for weddings,and say how much youv saved,how much you put away each month,and how much you would need to save monthly for your goal.And a little bar that lights up as you get nearer your goal.Really brought it home how hard well have to save tho!

Today I am looking after puppy as he has an operation on both his elbows yesterday and is still very sore, and has also decided he doesn't want to drink out of a bowl only my hand!!! The things we do eh????
Also trying to battle off a headache and get round to washing my hair so I can go into uni later to see my tutor without looking like a hidious mess lol xxx

today i,,,,HAVE JUST EMAILED OFF THE FORMS FOR THE BBC DOCUMENTARY MARRIAGE THROUGH THE AGES,THEY HAVE EVEN OFFERED TO FILM THE WEDDING!!!!

today im off to argos to buy a much needed desk for myself, then this eveing we have h2bs brother and girlfriend coming over and some friends for a chat and nibbles!!

Not done a lot today, been playing on the machine, chris reckons it sounds like a train. Just got to track a nice picture of tigger down now, any ideas? xx

Today I got home from Gretna!!! Spent my birthday night last night sat in the pub in the middle of Gretna, after checking out a local hotel (that was utter rubbish!!) and another restaurant (with hotel combined) that was gorgeous - so looks like we've found our venue now!!!

Today we got the chance to visit the Gretna Hall Linton Suite where we're getting married. The guy there was so friendly - showed us into the room, and actually talked us through everything that will happen in the ceremony and afterwards for photos. I feel so relieved that everyone up there is so friendly and accommodating. The owner of the restaurant/hotel last night not only gave us brochures etc about the venue - but also a guided tour of the place (bedrooms included!!) Everything now seems clearer, and it was great to see the places 'in the flesh' instead of pics on the net.

today I delivered the material for my wedding dress to my dressmaker and spoke with my parents next door neighbour who is helping to design and print the inserts to our wedding invites. Then went for a chat with one of my friends and we ended up talking weddings as her brother is getting married 3 weeeks before me for the 2nd time! Also looked on ebay for comfy flat shoes to wear for the reception if I struggle with wearing heels all day, and found some that look fab. x
