    Hey,

What did people do in regards to wedding shoes on the big day, did you wear them on the run up to allow them the 'wear in' so to speak to ensure they are comfy and not going to cripple you with blisters an hour in or was the first time your wedding day??? I don't know what to do?

I'm planning on wearing them for half an hour a day in the lead up to the wedding, but I can't recommend enough buying blister plasters. ( com peed)
Although every time I wear heels I put them on the places I know will get sore before, and carry some spares incase I missed a spot and as soon as it's sore, cover it up.

Try it, your feet will thank you for it!

I didn't need to wear mine in as they were wide fit irregular choice shoes so we're really comfortable already even though they were heels x

I had JCs and Gina's and I never need to wear those designers in. So, I didn't; I wanted them to be nice and new on the day.

So I think it depends on the shoes and how they fit; if you feel like they will be painful if you don't wear them in first, then wear them in. Nothing worse than being uncomfortable on the day!

I did some wearing in, didn't want any nasty surprises on the big day. I even practiced our first dance wearing them with hubby.

I wore mine around the house with a pair of thick socks on, then shoved them with bubble wrap in the box to stop them going back smaller again. They were perfectly comfy on the day.

I received mine yesterday and obviously tried them on.. They are really comfy already but I will definitely wear them more and more around the house the nearer I get to the big day to make certain they are comfortable and properly worn in, and also so that I get used to walking in them xx

Wear them in while you are doing odd jobs around the house. That way they wont get dirty and the soles won't get all scratched and take them with you when you try on your dress as it will give you a better idea of what it will look like on the day. I definitely wouldnt wear them for the first time on the day as you might be crippled by them and your feet wont have any time to get used to them. It will also justify the cost a bit more :) x

I tried to wear mine a bit round the house, as I never wear heels. I still took them off after the ceremony, just because I hate the feeling of heels lol

Definitely wear them in. I even get blisters off flats when I get new work shoes!

    I'll be trying that Leasa;)
