I have tried searching, i have trawled through threads on here and spent many hours on youtube, with no luck. I am posting now hoping someone could come up with suggestion for what we could have while signing the register.
I thought if i put down the rest of the songs we are having you could get an idea of the sort of music we are after maybe?
so:

While people are getting seated: proclaimers, lets get married
Walking down the aisle: Elvis Costello, She

Walking out: Green day, Good ridance

First dance : Metallica, Nothing else matters
Father daughter dance: Heartland, I loved her first

We are after something original, slightly alternative but not heavy, easy listening but with our personalities etched in.
I had looked at jason mraz im yours and train soul sister but h2b wasnt keen, we dont want anything really cheesy... have looked at a couple of instrumental pieces but nothing really shouting out at us.
Bit tricky i know, but im stumped now.

Woohoo!!! we have got it!!!
We have found a group called apocalyptica, they play metallica tunes on the 4 cellos, and sound amazing!!! Its just what we are after, a classical instrumental sound with a twist personal to us.
We will be having "nothing else matters" (the metallica version will be our first dance also, and its engraved in our rings) and "fade to black" and possibly "the unforgiven" depending on time.
I am so excited now, we have our whole wedding "soundtrack" planned and are all set for the registrar!! woohoo

i have read on here, and according to letters from the registrars, up to about 10 minutes worth, it may not take that long but its for signing and then posing for the photo graphs.
