as the title says to all those people i recomended a certain online dress company (see my wall) i appologise, i have had nothing but trouble from them, i ordered i bm dress on the 18th march told it would take 20-25 days to make and 3-5 days to post, they asked for my wedding date i told them 7-05-2011 just to be safe, well the dress still hasnt arrived they are rubbish at returning my emails, and not helpful when the finally do, they have blocked people from leaving feedback on their website but on their facebook page everyone is going mad and complaining, i have asked them for a full refund as i dont want this dress anymore but now im really stuck as i have 4 weeks to find a new one and my bm isnt down until the day befor the wedding what should i do?

I would get a full refund and buy another for your bm.Where does she live? Could you look for one in a department store near her and you? Or perhaps find a uk seller on ebay get your bm to see it and if she likes it post it direct to her to check the fit? Or a catalogue that you can return it to. What kind of dress did you have in mind? Sounds like stress you don't need at this stage but I'm sure you'll find a way.

that's disgraceful behaviour on behalf of the company!!! I was anxious about using a company of bay of e but was extremely pleased with the quality of the product just waiting to see if the dresses fit my BM's then i'll make my final assessment

well they have now said that i can have a full refund but going by what everyone else has said i might be waiting a while, im getting in contact with paypal tomorrow about a refund, my BM is being a pain as she says she doesnt want a satin dress which is why i gave in and ordered one for her but ive told her that she will have to have what i buy now as i dont have the time or the enegy to look for something else that meets her standards, out of the whole wedding she has been my ownly problem. x

In regards to your bridesmaid, you could give her a list of things that HAVE to be on the dress (a certain fabric, colour or embellishment?) and she can hunt one down. If she has a cameraphone, she could message you a picture of it for final approval?

ive tried that she isnt willing to look herself for one, at the star we fell out because the only style she liked was more suitable for clubbing than a wedding, i think im just going to have to say its my way or the high way which is a shame because i know with her being H2B's sister it will caus an argument.

*UPDATE* so they didnt cancel the order and it arrived on the monday, they sent the wrong dress, not the style i odreded, the quality was really bad, and the sizing was way off to, i have emailed them and emailed them but still nothing, paypal are now saying they cant help because its been longer than 45 days, i really dont know where i stand now or what to do next im so fed up of all of this, sorry for the rant i just needed to vent somewhere. x
