Ok so I'm pretty sure I have everything covered now BUT...
I'm walking down the aisle to Adele- make you feel my love
But I don't want to walk down and have the song faded, I want to play the full song but should you or not? And if I do what do I do walk in at the beginning and stand at end waiting for song to finish or do I send in flowergirls first and me last? But then how will people know when I'm coming?
I'm soooo confused.what's everyone else doing?
The songs 4minutes long. I have 2 flower girls and a page boy.

I'm planning to send flower girl and page boy first, then bridesmaids, then me. It builds the suspense a bit. I'm going to go to the church with my MOH and a couple of the bridesmaids to walk it through, so that I can work out how far into the music everyone gets to the front. The most obvious place musically for me to walk in is halfway through, which I think should be ok, as I think it will only leave a few bars left, which I can use for the MOH to straighten the train and take my flowers. Then it's just a case of spreading the others out. If you get a chance go to the venue and walk it, or if you know the length of the aisle measure it out somewhere and practice it. You need to work out first how long it will take you to do the walk assuming that you walk in time to the music, and then you can see how far into the song you need to start walking. Then work back to see how much music you have to fill. You could send the children in one by one if necessary, but it will probably take them a little bit longer to walk. Or you could do the two girls together followed by the boy. If you still feel that you're going to have too much music before you start to walk, maybe your mother could walk in at the beginning of the music. Or if you're at a church get the vicar to lead the procession (they may do anyway).

I also what my full song played (renee olsted : a love that will last) so i went to the venue with my ipod and played it and paced it out, and I have it perfectly timed now, My MOH will go first then my BM, then my junior bm with the flower girl to help pace her then me and with the length of aisle the pace of the steps for the music I should get to the end of the aisle have my mum lift my veil, kiss me then hand me to my oh just as the music finishes.

I'm getting married in a Greek Orthodox Church, and I learned yesterday that there won't be any music played! I'm wondering now how that will work out! (I'm English and he's Greek so I've a lot to learn about the ceremony).

I had a dream last night that I burst through the door and went "ta da".

I'd say if you want the whole song played then you need to figure out how long it will take you to walk the aisle and time it so you arrive at the alter just as the song ends.

    Good luck

Does this timing sound ok? this may involve listening to the song lol
    Page boy 35sec
    Flowergirl 1 -1 min
    Flowergirl 2- 1min30
Me and dad arrive at end of aisle 2min 10sec
2min22sec down the aisle 2min44sec at end of aisle(it's a shorr aisle and I wanna be down by the time the voilin bit plays in the song) then at this point the song will have 1 minute left over so is this too long left or will I be able to milk it by having mum putting my train on dress straight etc?x

A minute is a fairly long time at the end but you might get away with it. Are you having the veil over your face? If so that can be removed during that minute. By the time you've handed you flowers to your mum and maybe been given orders of service (if it's a church), that will take up some of it. The main thing is to make sure you tell whoever is in charge of the music to let it play to the end. It might also give you a few seconds just to greet your H2B, who you won't have seen that day.
