I keep looking at gorgeous figure hugging dresses but no way I could wear one without my thunder pants aka my spanx and was wondering if anyone was debating between thunder pants and some nice lingerie? Is it sexy or practical????

just dont wear any haha well unless u like me and are sometimes like a 80 yr old and leak when u laugh cough etc i usually wear boxer pants cause i think there both comfortable and sexy so i will maybe wear those or at a push thongs if i do that will only be so they match but i think like loopy says wear 2 diff pairs after a fun sweaty (looooooooooool) day i think we will all prob need a refresher pair come bed time ;-) x

I would wear whatever makes you fell comfortable, you can always change at the end of the night, and the last thing you want is to feel uncomfortable because you have sexy underwear on instead of something that makes you feel better in your dress x

My dress is fitted to just below my hips, and I'm not bothering with control undies coz it seems to hold me in all by itself.

My dress flows out so you can't see how big my booty is haha. But I don't think I could opt for the thunderpants..imagine how awkward it would be when you need to use the bathroom, and trying to faff around getting those off xx

i am wearing matching bra and knickers but am worried about them being uncomfy! the set is sparkly like my dress so matches well but might just wear simple ivory to be comfy!
i would go for your thunde ones for the photo if you will be more comfy but then change to sexy just before bed! xx

i never really thought about it... i just brought a normal bridal set but im lucky as I have to gain weight for the wedding so the dress fits. If I did regain all my weight back though I would defo defo defo use spanx and then swap later on in the evening so that he could still have the pleasure of ripping the dress off (well carefully) without me having to leg it to the bathroom to take the spanx off.

i had that problem due to my dayghter who is now 20.. being breach.. then having a hysterctomy due to having cervical cancer at 21..
5 years after hysterectomy i had a colpo-suspention.... and now its fab!!

what you lot like!!! I have visions of brides falling over and getting out of cars flashing their floo flaas to the world! ha ha ha. Hey it is possible as I saw a few pairs of pants on My big fat Gypsey wedding...one was wearing cotton black and white polka dots...seems a strange choice. I would like to have my Spanx surgically implanted but since I cant quite manage that before the big day I now have visions of getting my friend to get me out of my spanx on the wedding night cos I cant ask h2b to do it! Talk about a passion killer! ha ha
