H2B and I have been together 2 years today and we're off out for a meal later and ALL the Lego finally came!

I've got enough stems done for 3 centre pieces so far, so there's still a lot to do. Eek! Gonna take a while to get all this together but it's gonna be so worth it :D

They look briliant, it's worth all the hard work when you've finished them and the end result looks soo good xx I'm 44 and I still love playing with lego, always get it out when our 3yr old grandson comes around and spend hours with him building things with him. (my H2Bs grandson, but I had been with h2b for nearly 2 years when he was born so I feel as if he is my own grandson, love him to bits :) x

I need to glue the MR&MRS letters together cause they keep falling apart every time I pick them up.
Last night I finished the BM bouquet as well as gluing all the "pins" for the wishing board together (they were made of two parts and didn't want people pulling them apart and losing them!)
I still need to make 36 stems for the centre pieces but I have got the other half done already. Then it's just the tedious task of putting the flowers together and gluing them. But once that's done and they're all on the stems I can arrange them in the vases :)

H2B is a huge Lego lover and we were joking about having it in our wedding, like having a cake made of Lego instead of a real one and it sort of evolved from there and we decided to seriously go for it. We're both creative types so it fits both our personalities perfectly :)We scrapped the cake idea though it was too expensive lol
